We're playing around with putting QR codes on shirts that can be used with readers on smart phones. The code can be sent to the web destination of the customers choice. The challenge is trying to manipulate the code, while still maintaining its functionality. Here are two that I laid out for NYU and the Cyclones. Try scanning the codes on your screen...hopefully it works!
